Terms and Conditions

Tickets sold for M Festival are sold under the following
terms and conditions:

  • We regret tickets cannot be refunded.
  • Wristbands will be issued upon arrival to the festival upon a valid ticket being scanned. These must be worn on the day to gain entry to the festival arena.
  • Programme timings are a guide and may be adjusted..
  • No charge for children under the age of 5.
  • Children under 11 must be accompanied by and adult and remain under adult supervision.
  • No glass may be brought onto the site. Our Security stewards will be searching bags at the entrance and will confiscate any glass items.
  • All plastic bottles and cans must be sealed on entry.
  • You will need to be over 18 to purchase alcohol. We will operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy. That means that if, in our opinion, you appear to be under 25, we may require you to present identification to prove that you are over 18 in the form of either a Driving licence, Valid Passport or Proof of Age card with a PASS hologram.
  • Please leave the site promptly at the end of the festival at 10:45 pm. Please consider our neighbours when leaving by keeping noise and disruption to a minimum.
  • We reserve the right to eject anyone from the site whom we consider to be causing a danger or nuisance to others. We are a family friendly festival and any anti-social behavior will not be tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to enforce a no-readmittance policy once you leave the festival site.
  • We reserve the right to remove all Gazebo Plots and Packages tents if the weather is deemed bad making it unsafe for the tents to be erected.
  • The festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme, activities and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
  • Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited.
  • Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.
  • Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site.
  • If the festival is cancelled for any reason, all ticket holders will be refunded for their purchases within 14 days of cancellation.
  • Re-admittance to the festival arena after 8 pm is at the sole discretion of our security team.
