Calling all Stallholders
Set out your stall at this year’s M Festival. We’re looking for charities, sports clubs, businesses, schools, churches and community groups to come and be part of this year’s festival.
- Commercial Businesses: Single stall pitches 3m x 3m are available at a reasonable cost for the day or double pitches 3m x 6m.
- Charity/ Community Groups: Single stall pitches of 3xm x 3m are available.

- Read our terms and conditions in full before committing to take part.
- Operating hours 2 pm to at least 7 pm on Saturday 5 July 2025.
- Your stall pitch will only be confirmed once your payment has been received and cleared in the M Festival bank account.

Calling all stallholders
Set out your stall at this year’s M Festival. We’re looking for charities, sports clubs, businesses and community groups to come and be part of this year’s festival.
We are seeking applications for non-food stalls from large and small businesses, sports, community and social groups, clubs, societies, schools and churches. Whether you’d like to raise funds, recruit new members, or just show the town what you do – we’d love for you to join us.
- Commercial Businesses: Single pitches of 3m x 3m are available at a reasonable cost (price upon application) for the day or doubles pitches (3m x 6m) at a slightly increased cost (price upon application). Please contact Linda on 07966 371 250.
- Charity/Community Groups: Single pitches of 3m x 3m are available. Please contact Carol on 07952 110 420.
